Young Adult Program Overview

Young adults today face unprecedented mental health challenges. The Helix Center has developed a cutting-edge outpatient program for adults ages 18-25 to establish a foundation of mental, emotional, and relational well-being. Here’s what sets our therapeutic program apart.

The Helix Difference

If you or a loved one is struggling with launching out into the world, finding success — whether it’s at home, college, or in the job market — or developing healthy habits, we can confidently say you are not alone!

There are multiple factors that can get in the way of finding a successful path forward for young adults. This can include poor sleep hygiene, nutritional support, internal/external drive for motivation, executive function deficits, self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and addiction — including, but not limited to, screens — in addition to genetic predispositions.

At Helix Center, our mission is to empower young adults to overcome personal challenges, build emotional resilience, and develop the skills necessary to thrive in all areas of life. Through compassionate care, evidence-based therapies, and individualized support, we create a nurturing environment where growth, healing, and self-discovery are encouraged. Our goal is to guide each individual on their journey toward lasting mental, emotional, and relational well-being.
