Our skilled therapists provide therapy services for individuals (teens and adults), families, and couples, as well as parents guidance/coaching sessions.

At the Helix Center, our therapy sessions are typically structured as 45-minute sessions, often scheduled on a weekly basis, particularly during the initial stages of therapy. We understand that by the time individuals seek therapy, they may have been grappling with challenging circumstances for some time. Our commitment to weekly sessions is rooted in accountability and motivation, essential components for progress towards your goals.

As therapy progresses, we collaborate with you to assess the effectiveness of weekly sessions and adjust the frequency as needed. Some individuals may find that as they heal and grow, fewer sessions are required. Rest assured, our priority is to tailor the frequency of sessions to best meet your evolving needs and sustain positive change throughout your therapeutic journey.

There are many factors that will help determine the length of therapy, including the complexity of the issue, how much growth and change you want to make, how deeply you would like to explore the issue, and your commitment to making and maintaining the positive changes. Your therapist will work with you to determine the appropriate schedule for therapy, ensuring it aligns with your needs and goals.

At this time, Helix Center is not part of any insurance panel. That being said, we will provide all the paperwork you need to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
