She strives to provide a safe and supportive environment in which she can collaborate with clients. Her approach is psychoanalytically-informed and is relational and she believes in approaches that allow for a shared experience and understanding to be formed. Her goal is to individualize the treatment in order to address the specific needs of each client.

Additionally, Dr. Moghadam is a certified integrative trauma clinician and works with the survivors of chronic and isolated traumatic experiences. In her trauma work, she aims to help clients stabilize, and eventually process their trauma. She also facilitates sexual trauma support groups for both adolescents and adults.
